I believe that there is a lot to learn, but I am not to caught up on the answers, its all about how ya get there. The process of making wine is magic to me until you put it under a microscope, but even then every yeast cell is beautiful. I enjoy making wines, cider, and other beverages, but most importantly I love to share them with friends, strangers and family. I am currently enrolled at Umass Amherst within the Stockbridge School of Agriculture. I dream of having a farm & orchard just about everyday.
